		<description>I missed the segment, but thank you for your blog today, Sophie!  You are absolutely on the money.  If you want to consider Alice Waters an &quot;elitist&quot;, do so because she may be one of the only people in the world with a perfect palate.  She knows what food SHOULD taste like.  She knows you can&#039;t achieve that today without WORK and for those willing to do that work the payoff is huge.
P.S.  I&#039;ve always thought Leslie Stahl was virtually unwatchable anyway.</description>
