		<description>Last year I enjoyed a cheese making mini workshop at Yale with Mark from Cato Corner.  I love their cheese and their story, Mom and son working the farm together.  He made cheese making look so easy.  Have you ever tried the cheese from the Cheese Nun in Bethlehem?  She studied in Europe for over 2 years and is really knowledable about the use of molds.  In my next life I want to have goats and make cheese and yogurt...</description>
