If their chocolate bar, which I couldn't find locally for our blind tasting, is as good as their organic Mexican stone ground hot chocolate, you'll love it. Walter Stewart's Market in New Canaan is the only place I could find locally that carries the chocolate discs for cocoa. You might like Lake Champlain's VT-made organic dark chocolate; it was one of the favorites from our tasting. And for a zero-trade organic chocolate bar, try Kallari. 100% of the profits go to the Kichwa farmers that grow and make it!
