My farmers made the NY Times today! The article called Homegrown Flavor in the Connecticut section, chronicles the story of Waldingfield Food Company’s Heirloom Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce.

November 7 was the twentieth and final week of our CSA  (Waldingfield Farm)–and what a  busy week it was! The pick-up point was at Waldingfield Farm in Washington, CT since the Sandy Hook Organic Farmers Market closed a few weeks ago.

November 1 was the nineteenth week of our CSA  (Waldingfield Farm). The pick-up point is no longer the Sandy Hook Organic Farmer’s Market since last week was the last week of that market. This week we picked up our share at the Wooster Square Market in New Haven.

October 21 was the eighteenth week of our CSA  (Waldingfield Farm, pick-up point Sandy Hook Organic Farmer’s Market behind St. John’s Episcopal Church). This was the last week of the Sandy Hook Organic Farmer’s Market and we’ll be picking up the remaining CSA shares elsewhere, most likely on a different day of the week.
