Here’s the bounty from week 4 of my 2012 Sport Hill Farm CSA:
- 1 bag of lettuce mix
- 1 bunch of carrots
- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1 bunch of collard greens
- 1 bunch of vitamin greens
- 2 pickling cukes
- 1 bunch of garlic scapes
I don’t know what vitamin greens are, but they sure were good sauteed with the scapes, olive oil, and homemade chicken broth.
