Anginettes
Yield: six dozen cookies.
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Sift these dry ingredients together

- Blend in (at medium speed until light)
1-1/2 |
c |
sugar |

eggs |

anise extract |

lemon extract |

vanilla extract |
- Blend in the dry ingredients.
- Refrigerate until dough is stiff (about two hours).
- Shape dough into one-inch balls.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool.
- Mix the following together to make the frosting

- Frost and sprinkle nonpareils on top.
