Blueberry Buckle

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Cream together:

  1. Stir in:

  1. Sift together:

  1. Combine the two mixtures.
  2. Fold in:

blueberries

  1. Transfer the batter to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the crumb topping by blending these ingredients with a pastry cutter

soft butter

flour
1/2

sugar
1/2

cinnamon

  1. Distribute the crumbs over the top of the batter.
  2. Bake at 375° F for 45 minutes.
