Chocolate Chili
This recipe was adapted from the recipe at Everyday Food at PBS.org. Basically, it's my previous chili recipe with their chocolate and bacon and swapping out a number of other ingredients for local options.

- Let simmer for about an hour (while you make the Corn Bread).
