Fettucine Alfredo
- Cook as directed on package:
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, melt:
- Remove melted butter form heat and gradually stir in:

egg yolk (slightly beaten) |
- Pour sauce over pasta and toss to coat well.
It's particularly dramatic to do this tossing and coating on a hot plate at the table.
