Salsa - Fresh
It is particularly delicious with fresh, in-season ingredients.
Makes about one cup.

garlic, minced (use a garlic press) |

jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (with the seeds and web for a hotter salsa). You can use other hot chiles if you prefer. |
