This week’s One Local Summer Challenge meal was grilled ribeyes and a summer salad.
Ribeyes from Greyledge Farm (formerly Ox Hollow Farm).
Summer salad:
- cranberry potatoes and string beans from Maple Bank Farm
- tomatoes from March farm via Holbrook Farm
- red onion from Missy’s
- oregano from my garden
- olive oil, salt, and pepper from the world
St. Croix red wine from Sunset Meadow Vineyards
No, we could not finish our entire steaks!
Cranberry potatoes 🙂 I haven’t gotten potatoes yet (still recovering from the winter) but I do love cranberry potatoes. I’ll have to look for them.
