Local Thanksgiving 2022

I usually do this Thanksgiving post the day after Thanksgiving (Pie for Breakfast Day) while having my pie with the turkey broth simmering. Better late than never. (Sorry, 2021.)

Appetizers

Cheese Boards & accompaniments. Caprese board: Lioni mozzarella, Brooklyn NY via Whole Foods, heirloom tomatoes from Shortt’s, (Yes, we had late-season tomatoes this year!) and a basil/olive oil drizzle using my own basil.

Crackers & Breads. Not local (though it’s worth noting that the bread is from world-renowned Rockland Bakery). Butters from Arethusa and Vermont Creamery.
