I need to go thinner and find a balance for the salt, but other than that-not too shabby. I have some new ideas for next time.

I’m interested in these, as finding snacky type foods is still an ongoing quest for me…. no pasta roller though (I know, I know!) I do roll dough really pretty thin by hand so I wonder if that would work…. you have me curious for your next attempt
