Maryland Crab Cakes

  1. Remove all cartilage and shells from

Maryland crab meat

  1. In a bowl, mix

Italian seasoned bread crumbs

egg (large)

fresh parsely
1/4
c
mayonnaise
1/4
t
salt
1/4
t
pepper
1
T
Worchestershire sauce
1
t
mustard (like Grey Poupon)
3
dashes
tabasco sauce

  1. Add crab meat and mix gently.
  2. Shape into cakes.
  3. Allow to set in refrigerator for 6 hours.
  4. Fry five minutes per side in



olive oil and butter

Sauce

  1. Mix together:

plain yogurt


dill


parsely (chopped)


cucumber

  1. Chill with cakes.
