Stuffed Shells

This is another family favorite.

  1. Cook and cool:

lbs
jumbo pasta shells

  1. Make or otherwise acquire a red sauce (like marinara) or gravy (see Red Gravy (Debbie's)).
  2. Mix in a large bowl:

ricotta cheese
1-1/2
lb
shredded mozzarella cheese
3

eggs
1/4
c
Parmesan cheese
2
T
fresh flat Italian parsley


salt and pepper to taste

  1. Ladle enough sauce or gravy into a large rectangular baking dish to cover the bottom.
  2. Carefully fill shells and place in baking dish.
  3. Ladle a little more sauce or gravy over the shells.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes.
